Alex Wirth is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quorum, a leading public affairs software platform headquartered in Washington, D.C. A forward-thinking entrepreneur and strategist, Alex has played a central role in shaping the future of how policy, advocacy, and public affairs professionals engage with stakeholders, lawmakers, and communities.

Since co-founding Quorum in 2015, Alex has led the company through rapid expansion, including the successful acquisitions of CisionPAC and Capitol Canary—doubling Quorum’s size and broadening its client base to more than 2,000 organizations. Under his leadership, Quorum has launched multiple new product lines and now offers 11 integrated solutions that support government affairs, grassroots advocacy, PAC management, and policy communications across the public and private sectors.

Most recently, Alex has spearheaded the integration of artificial intelligence into Quorum’s product suite—transforming government affairs operations. He has also championed company-wide AI adoption, fostering a culture of experimentation and efficiency that has reshaped how Quorum operates.

Alex is recognized as one of the leading young innovators in the D.C. technology and policy space. He was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the Mid-Atlantic region for Emerging Companies and was honored in Washington Life Magazine’s “Innovators and Disruptors: Tech 25” list. His leadership style emphasizes mission-driven innovation, organizational growth, and a deep commitment to civic engagement.

In addition to his role at Quorum, Alex is actively involved in the broader policy and nonprofit community. He currently serves on the boards of the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., the Public Affairs Council, and The Forum for Youth Investment—organizations focused on leadership development, civic participation, and effective public engagement.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College, where he developed his passion for democratic systems, youth empowerment, and civic technology.
